Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, A+, Net+, Security+ or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1 and 2 Help Desk support to users.
• Prepare, install and support all new and currently used hardware, systems and software.
• Assist with installation, configuration, security and maintenance of network services, network equipment and access controls.
• Oversee software, network and file security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-identified issues with applications, network resources, computer viruses and spam.
• Coordinate with HQ prior to ordering Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Copiers, Maintenance Packages, Applications, Mobile Phones, Network Equipment and miscellaneous resources.
• Provide some basic application or process training for individuals or groups related to specific areas of IT support.
• Utilize a ticketing system to record and track issues and resolutions
• Develop and maintain documentation as related to daily, weekly and monthly work processes and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as required or assigned by Corporate IT.
