Job summary

Skywood Recovery Center is seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site help desk services, network, telephony, and end-user assistance across locations in Augusta, MI. The role supports the facility’s IT resources and applications with a focus on timely resolutions and documentation.

Qualifications include a CS/IT degree (or related) and 2–3 years of relevant IT experience; MCSE/CCNA/CompTIA certs are preferred. Active Directory, Mitel 5000, Exchange, and EHR familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, A+, Net+, Security+ or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1 and 2 Help Desk support to users.
• Install and support hardware, systems and software.
• Configure and maintain network services and access controls.
• Oversee software, network and file security.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with HQ Network Engineers as needed.
• Maintain documentation and use ticketing system for tracking.
