Job summary

Van Cleef Engineering Associates LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician II to deliver hands-on, on-site IT support across our Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices. You will work with the internal IT team and an MSP to keep systems running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hardware setup, imaging, account provisioning, and software troubleshooting across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, with responsibilities in onboarding, ticketing, and inventory management for multiple office locations.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher IT degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve onsite IT tickets with hardware setup and peripheral support.
• Coordinate with MSP on open tickets and maintain clear notes.
• Onboard/offboard staff: imaging, Entra ID/AD provisioning, license assignment.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for Windows 11 and M365 apps.
• Assist with office networking equipment and VPN connectivity.
• Maintain IT inventory across multiple locations.
• Support vendor calls and invoices with Accounts Payable.
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend support, with travel between NJ/PA.
