Job summary

Scion Staffing is engaged to fill an IT Field Tech role for a client in the Phoenix metro area. This on-site, full-time position combines hands-on field support with remote helpdesk tasks across 15 healthcare locations.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT support, Windows 10/11, basic networking, MFA issues, and strong communication with non-technical staff. Valid driver's license and daily multi-site travel are expected.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows 10/11 and MFA issues.
Basic networking, TCP/IP, switches and connectivity basics.
Strong communication to translate tech terms for staff.
Willingness to travel daily between sites with a valid license.
Experience in multi-site environments or enterprise IT preferred.

Responsibilities

On-Site & Remote Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripherals remotely and in person.
Hardware Deployment: Setup and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers and local equipment.
Connectivity Management: Basic troubleshooting of local site networks, switches, Wi‑Fi, and internet.
User Provisioning: IT setup and hardware configuration for onboarding and site deployments.
Documentation: Maintain inventory and log technical solutions in the knowledge base.
