You will maintain IT infrastructure, respond to service requests, and assist with upgrades and deployments, ensuring reliable, secure operation of systems that support patient care and administrative programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration, security, and timely problem solving, with travel between sites and a focus on privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or four years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years IT support experience in a multi-site or healthcare environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Console and Microsoft networking/OS software.
• Experience working with people in a friendly, congenial manner.
• Regular travel between Native Health sites is required.
