Job summary

Think Together in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who supports onboarding, data management and HR programs. You will work with the HR team to maintain records, coordinate HR activities and ensure policy compliance while delivering a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1 year of HR experience or related customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Handle transfers, promotions, terminations and exit interviews with data entry in HRIS.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely processing of final wages.
• Summarize payroll data and provide workforce planning insights.
• Support HR department operations and respond to employee questions on policies.
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic employee files and audits for compliance.
• Verify time/attendance data and payroll records with Excel checks.
• Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and candidates.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and complete assignments.
• Assist with special HR projects and policy guidance.
• Create and maintain data-entry tracking sheets.
