Job summary

Newegg is seeking a Warehouse HR Manager to own employee relations across all warehouse sites, lead investigations end-to-end, and ensure multi-state compliance with wage/hour, leaves, and safety regulations. This is a hands-on role requiring time on the warehouse floor and close partnership with site leadership.

You will drive staffing plans, peak season readiness, and agency coordination while maintaining strong documentation and adherence to California law.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with 3+ years supporting a large hourly workforce in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing ER cases from intake to resolution.
• Solid knowledge of California employment law and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own employee relations across all warehouse sites and coach leaders on performance, actions, and separations.
• Lead workplace investigations with timely, impartial findings and collaborate with Legal on escalated matters.
• Ensure site compliance with federal/state wage/hour, leaves, Cal/OSHA and other regulatory requirements; conduct audits and remediation.
• Oversee onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, attendance policy, leave processes, and workers' comp coordination for warehouse staff.
• Support staffing plans, peak season readiness, and agency partnership management.
