Addison Group is partnering with an established organization in the industrial sector to identify an experienced Human Resources Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to take on a broad, hands-on role supporting multiple locations while partnering closely with HR leadership and operations teams.

The Human Resources Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations, handling recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee relations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience; 5+ years encouraged.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding and HR administration.
• Experience in manufacturing / multi-site environments preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, offer preparation, onboarding logistics, and new hire orientation.
• Manage the onboarding experience to integrate new employees smoothly.
• Provide guidance on company policies and HR procedures to employees and managers.
• Support employee relations with coaching conversations, documentation, and workplace concerns.
• Administer benefits, leave of absence processes, and other HR transactions with leadership.
• Maintain HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality.
