Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years in healthcare.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• HIPAA, ADA, OSHA regulations knowledge.
• Experience with electronic health records or practice management systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain employees while complying with CHC protocols.
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
• Manage change in work processes to improve operations.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Lead site leadership teams and collaborate across sites.
• Oversee scheduling, revenue collection, and provider productivity.
• Payroll and workforce management duties.
• Oversee supply inventory and purchasing policies.
