Job summary

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, including Delivery, Warehouse, and Logistics, ensuring timely patient equipment distribution and service quality.

You will collaborate with leaders across Billing, Clinical, and Customer Service to optimize processes, maintain compliance, and drive efficiency while leading staff at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum an associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant healthcare operations experience.
• Five years of leadership or management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, budgeting, and patient service processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across one or more branches ensuring timely distribution of equipment and services.
• Oversee Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff with clinical supervision as needed.
• Manage branch budget, monitor financial performance, and control costs to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee fleet management, route efficiency, and safety compliance for drivers.
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, order accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
