AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch daily activities, lead the logistics team, and ensure timely distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home. You will collaborate with leadership, health systems, hospice partners and referral sources to improve patient services and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and lead logistics team to route orders timely and cost-efficiently.
• Manage inventory and procurement per restocking protocol.
• Resolve service concerns and improve patient experience through analysis and action.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Establish goals and monitor performance to meet organizational metrics.
