Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, lead delivery, warehouse, logistics, and respiratory staff, and coordinate with leadership to improve patient services. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, cost control, and timely patient care, with strong collaboration across health systems and referral sources.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and 5+ years in HME leadership, plus relevant healthcare experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in HME leadership required.
• Relevant healthcare, insurance customer services, or billing experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff with clinical supervisory support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations (CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Manage logistics to meet on-time delivery goals and control costs.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with leaders to ensure timely, safe patient care.
• Conduct regular training and QA to meet regulatory audit goals.
