Job summary

AdaptHealth seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at one or more branch locations, leading Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics, and Respiratory staff to ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home.

You will partner with leadership, health systems, hospice partners, and referral sources to improve patient services, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with CMS and HIPAA while driving process improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years’ leadership experience in HME (home medical equipment) or healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics, and Respiratory staff.
• Manage branch budget, monitor financial performance and costs to support profitability.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Department of Health, DOT, FDA, OSHA and company policies.
• Lead site leadership and coordinate with regional leadership to align resources and goals.
• Maintain staff training, development, and performance to meet audit and regulatory standards.
