Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across one or more branch locations, ensuring accurate distribution of medical equipment to patients' homes. You will lead Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics, and Respiratory staff with clinical supervision as required, while collaborating with leadership, health systems, and referral sources.

The role requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), five years of HME leadership, a valid driver’s license, and strong budget

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership or healthcare operations.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, and develops staff across one or more branch locations.
• Oversees daily branch operations including delivery, warehouse, logistics, and respiratory services.
• Manages branch budget and controls costs to support profitability.
• Ensures compliance with CMS, FDA, OSHA, DOT and HIPAA requirements.
• Maintains fleet, routes optimization, and on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborates with Billing, Clinical, and other departments to resolve complex issues.
