Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch operations, coordinate services and lead the logistics team in delivering medical equipment and supplies to patients at home. The role works with regional leadership to improve the patient experience and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

You will manage inventory, vendor relationships, and on-call coverage while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years of HME leadership or related healthcare operations experience.
• Valid driver's license in home state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and coordination of services for timely delivery.
• Lead logistics team, set directions, and achieve delivery goals.
• Manage inventory and procurement in collaboration with dept leaders.
• Ensure compliance with CMS; health, safety, DOT, FDA, OSHA standards.
• Provide onboarding, training, and performance feedback to staff.
