Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead branch operations and the distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home. You will coordinate with leadership, health systems, and referral sources to improve patient care and efficiency.

The role requires strong logistics, inventory, and staff leadership skills, with a focus on delivering timely, compliant service and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ experience leading a HME or healthcare operations team.
• Experience with logistics, inventory, and billing is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and distribution of medical equipment and services.
• Lead logistics team and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Manage inventory and coordinate restocking with department leaders.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Hire and onboard staff; provide training and feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians, health systems, and referral sources.
