Newsom Eye is seeking a proactive Property & Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our clinics and surgery centers across multiple locations in Florida, with travel between Tampa, Brooksville, Sebring, Gainesville, and South Tampa locations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and willing to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed.

• 2+ years of facilities coordination or related experience.
• Experience in a commercial/healthcare/multi-site environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities across several locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tracking tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service calls for all facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, alarm, and maintenance providers.
• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify issues and ensure locations remain safe, clean, and operational.
• Track equipment, maintenance schedules, warranties, and service records.
• Monitor building systems and proactively identify upcoming repair or replacement needs.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and renovations.
• Respond to facility and operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate movement of supplies and equipment between locations when needed.
• Support surgery center operations by ensuring facility-related needs are addressed promptly.
• Assist with setup, logistics, and coordination for meetings, conferences, events, and community outreach activities.
• Serve as a resource for managers needing assistance with facility-related concerns.
