Job summary

Sage Infusion, an ambulatory infusion center serving Central and Southwest Florida, seeks a Facilities Specialist to maintain clinic operations across 15+ locations and travel regionally from Tampa to Fort Myers. The role requires on-call availability and the ability to manage maintenance tasks independently.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on handyman skills across trades, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in facilities maintenance, building operations, or related trades
• Handyman skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; regional travel
• Willingness for extensive travel throughout Central and Southwest Florida
• Full availability for off-hours, weekends, and emergency on-call work
• Experience in healthcare/medical office environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks across clinic locations
• Travel across 15+ clinics in Central and Southwest Florida for repairs and inspections
• Inspect clinics to address maintenance needs and ensure safety
• Respond to after-hours emergency facility situations
• Escort and coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors during service visits
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and ensure readiness of vehicles and equipment
• Assist with office moves and space setup as needed
• Document maintenance activities accurately and timely
• Participate in an on-call rotation and be reachable during on-call periods
