North Florida Surgeons, P.A. is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operation of OA medical office facilities across multiple Northwest Florida locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building systems.
• Experience coordinating outside contractors and service vendors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and work-order systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, appearance, safety, and operations of OA facilities across multiple locations.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofs and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate outside contractors, vendors, janitorial and landscaping services.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and vendor performance; review invoices for accuracy.
• Coordinate facility work orders, inspections, and compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• Ensure facilities project readiness for new equipment and clinical services.
• Maintain facility contracts, warranties, and service records.
