Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager (Multi-Site) to lead operations at two critical diagnostic sites in California. The role requires managing a hybrid labor model with union and non-union teams, coordinating third‑party vendors, and driving KPI performance while maintaining a lean OpEx budget.

You will work with the Client’s Engineering Team on CapEx projects and leverage SAP/CMMS to track asset history and maintenance trends, ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Facilities Management.
• Experience managing both unionized and non‑unionized workforces.
• Financial acumen: multi‑million dollar budgets and variances.
• Power user in SAP or CMMS; data to health of operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coach a hybrid workforce, including unionized trades and non‑union staff.
• Coordinate on-site vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
• Track monthly KPIs and oversee OpEx budgets.
• Support CapEx projects with Engineering and ensure maintainability.
• Utilize SAP/CMMS for performance tracking and asset history.
