Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and strategic planning for facilities in Largo, FL and Cleveland, TN. Travel to both sites will be required, demanding strong leadership and remote team management.

You’ll lead preventive maintenance, vendor management, and budget controls while ensuring safety and compliance across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience with 3+ years in supervisory or management role
• Understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety systems
• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and CMMS
• Strong leadership and ability to manage remote teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with cross-location prioritization
• Financial acumen including budget development and expense management

Responsabilidades

• Multi-Site Operations Management for Largo, FL and Cleveland, TN facilities
• Lead and develop facilities staff across locations
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships across sites
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial reporting
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards, conduct audits
• Serve as primary liaison to occupants, clients and stakeholders
