Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support facility operations across districts within the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. This remote role focuses on delivering high-quality service, ensuring compliance with client and safety standards across a multi-site portfolio.

You will coordinate third-party vendors, monitor work orders in CMMS, and partner with account teams to drive continuous improvement and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Experience using Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms for work orders.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations across districts, aligning with contract scope and client expectations.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors for janitorial, landscaping, waste, snow, and general services.
• Monitor CMMS work orders, service metrics, and SLA performance; ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Review vendor performance and assist in QA initiatives and continuous improvements.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices and ensure timely closeout.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to improve processes and reporting.
