Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for remote operations across the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. This role will ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with client and safety standards across a multi-site portfolio.

You will coordinate vendor services, manage work order systems, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or property operations.
• Experience using Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms for work order management.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations across assigned districts.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors providing facility services.
• Monitor work orders and service metrics to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Review vendor performance and assist in continuous improvement efforts.
