This role offers a monthly stipend of $260 to offset travel expenses, plus IRS mileage reimbursement for business travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Data-driven and customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs and potential physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational support.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail/print, hospitality, receptionist duties, shipping and courier coordination.
• Travel locally to support client operations and post offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
