Job summary

Ati Restoration is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects along with the Project Director. The PM will report on status at least three times weekly and coordinate payment terms and collections with customers and insurers.

Requires a minimum of three years of superintendent experience, experience across commercial and residential projects, and certifications in asbestos, lead, and mold, OSHA 30, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Commercial and residential project experience preferred.
• Must hold asbestos, lead, and mold certifications; OSHA 30 hr; valid driver’s license; forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across a multi-location region.
• Coordinate starts, timelines, and meetings with customers and the Project Director.
• Manage payment terms and accounts receivable collections; use Salesforce to track work orders.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and DOT requirements.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and other stakeholders.
