Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager who will work with the Project Director to oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors. You will report at least three times weekly on project status.

The role requires strong technical writing, proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce, and the ability to manage payments and coordinate with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers.
• Manage payment terms and collect outstanding amounts with guidance from the Project Director.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and safety compliance on sites.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, reports, work orders, and budgeting.
