Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. The PM will report to the Project Director and coordinate with customers, subcontractors and insurance on payment terms and project progress.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, ensuring safety compliance, and using Salesforce to forecast budgets and track work orders. Travel and odd hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in MS Office, Xactimate, Salesforce.com and structural building experience.
• Fluent English, both oral and written, with strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently across a multi-location region.
• Coordinate with Project Director on payments terms and collections.
