Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects. You will report to the Project Director, coordinate starts, schedules, and payment terms, and manage A/R collections while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have at least three years as a superintendent or equivalent, strong MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce skills, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in MS Office, Xactimate, Salesforce.com and structural building experience.
• Insurance restoration experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, both oral and written, with strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Coordinate project starts and scheduling with customers; report to Project Director at least three times per week.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts; request payments upon substantial completion and COS signing.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT; coordinate permits and inspections.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input work orders, and forecast budgets/labor/material.
