ATI Restoration is seeking a Project Director to lead complex restoration projects through design, permitting and construction. You will oversee Project Managers, manage budgets and collection efforts, and mentor estimators to ensure project success.

The role emphasizes leadership, OSHA compliance, and clear communication with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include scope review, budgeting, subcontractor management, and ensuring timely milestones while protecting gross margins.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• 5+ years restoration experience.
• 2+ years as Project Director with Excellent performance ratings in two most recent reviews.
• Knowledge of water, fire and mold restoration.

Responsibilities

• Review projects to ensure scope is clearly documented and understood by the customer.
• Establish budgets for each project to maintain budgeted gross margins.
• Manage project financials including pricing, costs, margins and budget creation.
• Establish payment terms and progress billings; oversee collections.
• Direct Project Managers on payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Mentor Project Estimators; conduct job walks and annual performance reviews.
