Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Director to lead emergency services, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction projects from lead to closeout. You will own scope development, estimates, and client communications, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

The role requires onsite work, travel to jobsites, and collaboration with insurance adjusters, consultants, and TPAs to meet project goals and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in restoration or construction management.
• Experience estimating, budgeting, and client communication.
• Familiarity with insurance adjusters and project handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Estimate scopes from site inspections and images using Xactimate.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for budgets and schedules.
• Maintain customer communication and ensure scope alignment.
• Oversee financials: margins, billing, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
