Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects in the Gaithersburg area.

You will report to the Project Director, manage project payment terms, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and use Salesforce to track progress, budgets, and work orders.

The role requires OSHA/HAZWOPER awareness, strong communication, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sites.
• Coordinate starts and schedule appointments with customers and subcontractors.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding receivables with the PD.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input work orders and forecasting.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA/EPA requirements.
