Bedrock Property Management seeks a Multi-Site Community Director for The Vale/Fatherland Flats in Nashville, TN. You will lead day-to-day operations across properties, oversee staff and vendors, manage finances, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of multi-family property management experience.
• Previous Community/Property Manager experience preferred.
• Customer experience focus.
• Ability to meet revenue goals through occupancy and retention.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and foster a welcoming environment.
• Steward financial management with daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal fair housing standards and applicable laws.
• Mentor onsite staff and model Bedrock values.
• Represent Bedrock professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor relations, and performance metrics.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
