Job summary

LulaFit is seeking a results-driven operations leader to oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple client locations in the NYC metro or San Francisco Bay Area. You will bridge frontline host teams and leadership, ensuring high-quality operations that align with client expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, facilities, or client services.
• 3+ years of experience managing full-time staff.
• Experience serving as primary contact for client stakeholders across time zones.
• Experience managing budgets, interpreting P&L reports, and presenting financial metrics.
• Familiarity with the commercial real estate ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspire host teams across multiple client locations, creating a culture where team members feel supported and motivated.
• Act as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders at each location and resolve issues.
• Track and analyze KPIs across sites and deliver monthly/quarterly updates to internal teams and clients.
• Lead rollout of new initiatives, SOPs, and brand guidelines to drive consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and elevate client/tenant experience.
