Job summary

LulaFit is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery at multiple client locations. You will manage sites nationwide, lead onsite host teams, and ensure operations meet client expectations and LulaFit standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, facilities, or client services.
• 3+ years of experience managing full-time team members.
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for multiple client stakeholders across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspire host teams across multiple client locations while ensuring high service quality.
• Act as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Track KPIs and deliver monthly/quarterly operational updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead rollout of new initiatives and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand guidelines.
