Job summary

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a portfolio of employer health centers for a Fortune 500 client. This is a build-and-lead role focused on creating the operational structure to scale and ensure exceptional client delivery across sites in New Jersey, Georgia, and California.

The role demands strategic ops discipline, development of standard SOPs, staffing models, and KPIs, with travel 4-6 days per month. Hybrid work: 2 days in Princeton, 3 remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare operations experience with direct multi-site ownership.
• Direct experience in employer-sponsored health centers or onsite clinics.
• Experience building SOPs, workflows, and playbooks from scratch.
• Experience with KPIs, dashboards, staffing models, and operational reporting.
• Strong project management with milestones, ownership, and timelines.
• Executive presence in a high-expectation corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Travel 4-6 days per month to clinic sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and standardize SOPs, workflows, checklists, and operating standards across employer health centers.
• Lead implementation of new services, technology changes, and operational initiatives.
• Develop and manage KPIs for access, utilization, staffing, service quality, and patient experience.
• Design staffing models, coverage plans, and training expectations across locations.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for client stakeholders in a polished corporate environment.
• Partner with internal teams including HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and IT.
• Identify risks early and drive corrective action before issues become client-facing.
