CLEAR is seeking a Lead General Manager in Texas to own operations at your home airport and drive security, service and sales excellence. You will lead a team of Ambassadors and Managers, hire and develop staff, and ensure adherence to CLEAR policies and airport requirements.

You will partner with the Regional Director to align priorities across Dallas, Austin and Houston, visiting stations, coordinating programs and addressing issues. Expect travel up to 50% and a non-traditional schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• General Manager experience required and demonstrated results in security, service, sales.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple locations and teams.
• Ability to influence without direct reporting authority and build credibility.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees, including managers.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operations and performance at your home airport and meet CLEAR objectives for security, service and sales.
• Lead Ambassadors and Managers delivering airport security, customer service and sales experiences.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team, and performance manage staff with clear expectations.
• Manage staffing, payroll and labor utilization, monitor enrollments and service quality.
• Build relationships with airport leadership, TSA, airline partners and vendors.
• Maintain a visible hands-on presence and resolve operational or Member concerns.
• Partner with Regional Director on priorities across Dallas, Austin and Houston.
• Coach and support other General Managers and share best practices.
