Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Lead General Manager for Texas to oversee the home airport operations, lead a team of Ambassadors and Managers, and partner with the Sunbelt Regional Director to ensure quality control and consistent operating standards across Dallas, Austin and Houston.

The role demands 8+ years of operations leadership, strong relationship-building with airport stakeholders, and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars or aviation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and performance at your home airport, delivering CLEAR's objectives for security, service and sales.
• Lead a team of Ambassadors and Managers who use CLEAR technology to deliver exceptional airport security, customer service and sales experiences while continuously sharing the CLEAR story.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse, engaged team, and performance manage salaried and hourly team members through clear expectations, ongoing feedback and regular evaluation.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll and labor utilization, and monitor enrollments, renewals, conversion, service quality, security compliance, labor and turnover, taking action to improve results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your home airport's leadership, TSA, airline partners, contractors and vendors, and ensure adherence to CLEAR policies and airport, state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the floor, supporting your team and resolving operational and Member concerns.
