CLEAR - Field is seeking a Lead General Manager to run operations at the home airport in Texas, overseeing a team of Ambassadors and Managers and driving security, service and sales goals. You will report to regional leadership and ensure CLEAR standards are followed across the operation.

Based at a designated home airport, you will travel up to 50% to Austin, Houston and Dallas, building relationships with airport leadership, TSA and airline partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality

Competenze

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong track record of leading operations and delivering results in security, service, sales and employee engagement.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and mentoring peer leaders or coordinating initiatives across teams.

• Own day-to-day operations and performance at your home airport, delivering CLEAR's objectives for security, service and sales.
• Lead a team of Ambassadors and Managers who use CLEAR technology to deliver exceptional airport security, customer service and sales experiences.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse, engaged team, and manage salaried and hourly team members with clear expectations and feedback.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and labor utilization, monitoring enrollments, renewals, conversions, service quality, security compliance, and turnover.
• Build and maintain relationships with airport leadership, TSA, airline partners, contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to CLEAR policies and requirements.
• Maintain a visible hands-on presence to support the team and resolve issues.
