Job summary

YMCA of the North Shore is seeking an experienced Senior Site Coordinator for the Haverhill YMCA After School Programs. You will oversee three licensed sites, supervise Site Coordinators, and ensure high-quality, compliant programming for children and families.

Lead staff, manage operations across locations, and support day camp leadership during the summer. A background in licensed childcare and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in licensed childcare or youth programs.
• Experience supervising staff and building a positive team culture.
• Knowledge of child development and youth engagement.
• Ability to oversee multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with diverse children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for three licensed program sites.
• Supervise and mentor Site Coordinators and staff to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with EEC licensing regulations and YMCA policies.
• Create engaging activities supporting learning, creativity, and social-emotional development.
• Maintain relationships with families, schools, and community partners.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and program operations across locations.
• Lead summer day camp initiatives under YMCA Day Camp programs.
