Job summary

The Haverhill YMCA is seeking a Senior Site Coordinator for its After School Programs. This role involves providing leadership and operational oversight for three licensed before and after-school program sites.

You'll work closely with the Program Director to ensure high-quality programming and support staff development. The ideal candidate has experience in licensed childcare settings, strong knowledge of child development, and a passion for mentoring future leaders.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in licensed childcare or youth development programs.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff and creating positive team cultures.
• Strong knowledge of child development and behavior management.
• Ability to oversee multiple program locations with competing priorities.
• Experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for three licensed before and after-school program sites.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Site Coordinators and program staff.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and community partners.
