The Haverhill YMCA is seeking a Senior Site Coordinator for its After School Programs. This role involves providing leadership and operational oversight for three licensed before and after-school program sites.

You'll work closely with the Program Director to ensure high-quality programming and support staff development. The ideal candidate has experience in licensed childcare settings, strong knowledge of child development, and a passion for mentoring future leaders.

Ensure programs operate in compliance with Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) licensing regulations and YMCA policies. Help create engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, social-emotional development, and healthy living. Build positive relationships with children, families, school administrators, and community partners. Support staffing, scheduling, program operations, and problem-solving across multiple locations. Maintain program documentation, monitor quality standards, and ensure program resources are organized and readily available. ️ During the summer, serve in a leadership role within YMCA Day Camp programs, helping create safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for campers and staff.What You'll Bring Leadership experience in a licensed childcare, before and after-school, or youth development program. Experience supervising or mentoring staff and creating a positive team culture. Strong knowledge of child development, behavior management, and youth engagement. Ability to oversee multiple program locations while balancing competing priorities. Experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
