Job summary

The Haverhill YMCA is hiring a Before & After School Site Coordinator to lead a team delivering engaging, safe, and inclusive programming for elementary students. You will guide daily operations, mentor staff, and foster strong ties with families and school partners.

This year-round role expands into the Y Day Camp in summer, offering growth, hands-on youth development, and a chance to make a tangible difference in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience leading youth programs, activities, or groups.
• Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for children and families.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience as a Site Coordinator is a plus and valuable for supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team to deliver high-quality, enriching activities.
• Ensure program safety and compliance with licensed childcare regulations.
• Build strong connections with students and families.
• Manage schedules, materials, and administrative needs.
