Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Affordable Housing Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with fair housing guidelines and company policies. This on-site leadership role focuses on staffing, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.

You will develop yearly budgets, marketing plans, and resident retention programs while supervising staff and coordinating with regional management. Preference for LIHTC/HUD experience and CAM/ARM credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affordable housing programs.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD programs and other affordable housing programs preferred.
• On-site management and supervision experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Marketing planning and lease management to achieve NOI.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Head emergency team and ensure timely maintenance and service.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate vendor relations.
