The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proven leadership. The role offers hybrid work with core hours and occasional schedule flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift Check Processing operations across BIC and TCM systems.
• Ensure SLAs, quality, and regulatory compliance across all deposit channels.
• Develop training plans, coach staff, and maintain performance metrics.
• Coordinate with process owners and analysts to improve procedures and systems.
• Act as escalation point for issues beyond standard operating procedures.
