FNBO is seeking an action-oriented Check Operations Manager to lead our multi-shift production department. You will be the operational anchor for our team, guiding morning and night staff to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality output across six days a week.

The role focuses on process improvement, training, and regulatory compliance, with core hours 10:00am - 6:30pm CST and flexibility to cover other shifts for meetings or PTO coverage.

Responsibilities

• Process & Procedures: Facilitate development, testing and implementation of quality controls, production goals, and system enhancements; review SOPs across shifts; oversee deposit channels; ensure GL reconciliation; manage research and fraud detection; update procedures; serve as escalation point.
