The role requires strong leadership, Check Processing experience, and knowledge of BSA/AML guidelines, with compensation in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML rules and compliance.
• Experience with check processing operations and deposit channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift production department over two shifts.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of check processing.
• Develop and maintain training, metrics and SOPs.
• Manage staffing, PTO, and cross-shift coordination.
