Job summary

FNBO seeks an action-oriented Check Operations Manager to lead our multi-shift production department. You will be the operational anchor for the team, directing staff across morning and night schedules to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality daily output.

Responsibilities include managing performance against SLAs, coordinating training, improving procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance across deposits channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and lead across multiple shifts.
• Familiarity with deposit processing and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift production department across two shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, PTO, and scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement and MDl/quality initiatives.
• Oversee compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations.
• Develop training plans and coach team members.
