Job summary

Nbutexas, a restaurant company, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee our DMV portfolio. You will handle issues as they arise, schedule preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors to keep locations running smoothly.

You will lead maintenance across properties, oversee preventive programs for safety and cleanliness, work with the Operations Team to ensure a seamless guest experience, and respond quickly to emergencies. Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-property facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of refrigeration equipment.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facilities maintenance issues across the portfolio with a hands-on approach.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with Operations Team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor and respond to emergency repair needs.
