You will lead maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements across multiple locations, partnering with operations leaders and trusted vendors to maintain safety and reliability.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem solving, and hands-on leadership in facility systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair activities across all restaurants.
• Serve as primary point of contact for facility operations escalations.
• Evaluate whether repairs should be completed internally or by vendors/contractors.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and oversee performance.
• Develop long-term replacement plans for equipment and facility assets.
• Coordinate facility improvements and capital projects with operations and finance.
