This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes variety and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll be out at the restaurants, dealing with maintenance issues, working with vendors, keeping equipment in shape, and making sure small problems don’t turn into big ones.

About You

• 2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience, ideally across multiple locations.
• Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, furniture repairs, and general maintenance.
• Have experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Organized and able to keep on top of multiple locations and priorities.
• A practical, reliable person who likes getting things sorted.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
